Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

Q: How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

It was very easy to find, the codes for the doors are very easy and the room was lovely. The bed very comfortable and it was very quiet.

Really confortable bed! It's not easy to find a good bed, but this one had memory foam matress and was perfect! We had a great sleep as the pillows and the bed linnen were also really nice. Good location, right in the city centre, clean and cosy room, with everything you need.

I liked the location, not far from the center e near the dancing house, the general environment, modern, clean, large spaces. I liked the tea/coffee in the room and the possibility to leave the suitcase in the hotel even if there isn’t a receptions. Breakfast good (see negative points). Also, the place is very well connected with tram and metro to a lot of locations.

We really enjoyed how convenient it was to check in and check out. You can also get extra essentials (such as fresh towels) in a special room. The location is just amazing: a few minutes from the city's attractions, the river promenade, tram stations, and nice restaurants. The building where we stayed was beautiful both inside and outside.
