Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

Seamless checkin, welcome snacks, location is right at the checkpoint Charlie, modern design, supermarkets and metro are a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Apart from a little trouble checking in, which was sorted after I could speak to a human, the stay was excellent. I was expecting a reasonably small room, according to the photos, but we were on the top floor and it was a much larger room than expected. We would stay there again.

It's a well located hotel room with a kitchenette. Convenient for a short stay. Clean and as described. Very limited wardrobe space especially for two people. They provide free lockers for your luggage if needed, which was very nice.
