Lovely staff online and onsite. Room was good but the shower drainage system was quite blocked and water didn’t go quickly enough. The room wall/floor leaked at one point but staff was helpful.

Centrally located. The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the check-in and check-out is automated. The bed was fabulous- as someone with a neck and back issue, I slept so comfortably. Air conditioning worked perfectly as well.

Great location right in the heart of Florence, making it very convenient to explore the city on foot. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and the overall experience was very pleasant. Would definitely consider staying here again.

It is very cozy hotel, very well located in the charming town of Chiavari. The beds were comfortable which is seldom the case for me and it had a good breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely come there again.
